Privacy Policy

How we handle information across A2 Analytics and our online services. Written to be read, not to obscure.

Effective  May 26, 2026 Last updated  May 26, 2026 Jurisdiction  United States

01Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how A2 Analytics, LLC (“A2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you interact with our websites, applications, and online services (collectively, the “Sites”).

A2 Analytics is a North Carolina limited liability company providing SEO strategy, web development, digital analytics, and AI-assisted content services to business clients.

This policy applies to information collected through the Sites. It does not apply to information our clients independently collect from their own users, to third-party sites we link to, or to information you provide to us through other channels.

02Information we collect

Information you provide directly

We collect information you give us when you fill out a contact form, send us an email, sign up for one of our tools, or otherwise communicate with us. This typically includes your name, email address, company name, and any message content you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Sites, our servers and hosting infrastructure automatically log standard request data — including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages accessed, and timestamps — for purposes of site operation, security, and troubleshooting.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies, including those provided by third parties such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, WordPress / Jetpack, advertising networks, and other analytics or marketing platforms. These technologies may collect information about your device, browsing behavior, interactions with the Sites, and your activity across other sites and services over time. We may use this information to understand how the Sites are used, measure the performance of our marketing, improve our services, and deliver more relevant content and advertising.

The specific tools we use may change from time to time without notice. By using the Sites, you acknowledge that such technologies may be in use.

Information collected through our tools and applications

If you use any A2 product, tool, or application, we collect information necessary to operate it. This may include account credentials, usage telemetry, content you generate or upload, configuration settings, and activity logs. Access to these tools is generally limited to A2 personnel, A2 clients under contract, or other authorized users.

03How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the services you or our clients have requested
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Sites and our tools
  • Communicate with you about your account, our services, or relevant updates
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not use the information collected through the Sites to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

04When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Sites and deliver our services — including hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, and infrastructure services. These vendors are permitted to use the information only as needed to perform services for us.

Clients

If you interact with us through a client engagement — for example, by using a tool we operate on behalf of a client — information about your activity may be shared with that client as part of our agreed scope of work.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of A2, our clients, or others.

Business transfers

If A2 is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

05Cookies and analytics

The Sites use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, session management, analytics, and advertising. These may include first-party cookies set by A2 and third-party cookies set by services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, WordPress / Jetpack, and other analytics and advertising providers. The specific set of technologies in use may change over time.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking third-party cookies, clearing existing cookies, and adjusting tracking-related signals such as Global Privacy Control. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features, particularly on logged-in tools and applications.

06Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Contact form submissions and general business correspondence are typically retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter.

07Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you have an account with one of our tools, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

08Your choices

Marketing communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email. Note that you may still receive transactional or account-related messages even after opting out of marketing.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address in the Contact section. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Certain information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.

Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to control cookies, view what’s stored, and adjust settings for tracking-related signals. Refer to your browser’s documentation for instructions.

09California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

A2 does not sell personal information. To exercise any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact us at the address below.

10Children’s privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
